The two boxes on every form
- Box 1 is unticked by default and separate from the button. It names only the roofer's legal business. Tick it and the replies and follow-ups come by text.
- Leave box 1 unticked and the lead still gets the instant reply, and the owner still gets the alert. The reply and follow-ups go by email only.
- Box 2 is optional. Only leads who tick it can ever get offers or seasonal reminders by text.
