FAQ

Questions people ask.

I don't have any data. Can you still help?

Yes. We set up free or low-cost tools you'd need anyway, such as a POS, a simple CRM, website tracking and Google Business Profile, so you start collecting data. Then we put a dashboard on top. We don't sell you custom software.

What does a dashboard actually show?

It shows whatever decides your month. Usually that's leads and sales by source, cost per lead or customer, your best products or services, and trends against last month. For sales teams it can also show follow-up speed and performance per rep.

Which tools do you use?

Mostly Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity and HubSpot. They're standard tools, most are free, and every account is in your name. If you ever leave, you keep everything.

Can you tell me exactly which ad made each sale?

Not always, and we won't pretend to. When customers message you, call, or buy weeks after the first click, no tool can trace every sale. We track everything that can be tracked, ask customers where they found you, and show honest ranges when the numbers are small. That's enough to see which channels deserve more money.

Why start with an audit?

It's a small, low-risk first step. In one week you learn what's working and what's broken, and half the fee counts toward a Build if you go ahead within 30 days.

Do you run paid ads?

Ads management is an add-on at 10 to 15 percent of spend, with a minimum fee. You always pay Google or Meta directly, so the spend stays in your account.

How do payments work?

Projects take a 50% deposit, with the balance due at launch. Retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. We invoice in USD or PHP and accept bank transfer.
