Privacy policy

This page explains what Flono collects on flonodigital.com, who handles it for us, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It also explains how we handle lead data inside the systems we build for contractors.

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

  • We collect only what you send us, plus the basic technical data any website needs to run.
  • We never sell your personal information.
  • A small number of service providers handle it for us. They are all named below.
  • To see, fix or delete your information, email hey@flonodigital.com.
  • In the systems we build for contractors, the contractor decides how its customers' data is used. We act only on its instructions.
  • We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent for anyone's marketing.

1. Who we are

Flono Digital Marketing Services ("Flono", "we", "us") builds and looks after lead systems for US home-service contractors. Flono is run by its founder from the Philippines.

For the personal information collected on this website, Flono decides how it is used. For lead data inside the systems we build for clients, the client decides, and we act as its service provider. Section 8 explains that role.

2. What we collect on this site

When you ask for a Lead Check or contact us

The form asks for your name, your business name, your business website, your email, the job software you use, roughly how many enquiries you get a month, and (optionally) how you heard about us. It also records that you agreed to one labeled test enquiry through your website form, with the version of that wording.

When you book a call

Bookings go through Cal.com. It collects your name, email, the time you pick and any notes you add.

When you email us

We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.

When you get a Lead Check

We look at your public website and business listings. With your OK, we send one clearly labeled test enquiry through your website form. We never use a paid lead channel for this. We record when and how your business replied, and we do not record phone calls.

If we emailed you first

We found your business email on public business information, such as your website or business listing. We use it only to offer you a Lead Check. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we stop.

Technical data

Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and block attacks. Your browser also requests our fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics tool is switched on today. If we add one, we will update this page first. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Our home page remembers whether you picked light or dark mode in your browser's local storage, and that choice never leaves your device.

What we never ask for

Our forms never ask for Social Security numbers, license numbers, card or bank details, or health information.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to you, and to run your Lead Check and send you the result.
  • To prepare a proposal and agreement, if you ask for one.
  • To provide our services, if you become a client.
  • To keep this site and our forms secure and free of spam.
  • To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
  • To publish anonymous Lead Check findings. These never include your name, your business name or anything else that identifies you, and they always state the date and sample size.

We do not add you to a newsletter. Flono does not send marketing texts.

4. Service providers

These companies process personal information for us. Each one uses it only to provide its service. The label under each name shows whether it is used for this website, for the systems we build for clients, or both.

If you become a client, your billing details also pass through the payment provider you choose to pay with, and our accountant sees your invoices.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal demand. We never sell personal information, and we never share it for targeted advertising.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries, emails and Lead Check results: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete them, or remove anything that identifies you.
  • Anonymous Lead Check findings: may be kept longer, because they no longer identify anyone.
  • Client records: agreements, invoices and approvals are kept for as long as tax, accounting and contract law requires.
  • Opt-out requests: kept so we can keep honoring them.

6. Your choices and requests

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop emailing you.

Email hey@flonodigital.com and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have on file. We complete requests within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making one.

If your request is about a business that uses a Flono Lead System, see section 8.

7. Where your data is handled

Flono is run by its founder from the Philippines. Our main service providers are US companies, and the systems we build run on US infrastructure. Your information may be stored in the United States or wherever those providers operate, and it is accessed from the Philippines when we work on it.

Because Flono is operated from the Philippines, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 also applies to how we handle personal information.

8. Lead data in systems we build for clients

Our clients are contractors. When one of their customers fills in a form, calls or texts, that information goes into the client's Flono Lead System.

The client is in charge

The contractor is responsible for its customers' information and decides how it is used. Flono processes that information only as the contractor's service provider, under a signed agreement that includes a data processing agreement. Under that agreement:

  • we process lead data only on the client's instructions;
  • we never sell or share it;
  • everyone who works on it for us is bound by confidentiality;
  • we use only the subprocessors named in section 4;
  • we tell the client within 72 hours of confirming a breach that affects its data;
  • we help the client answer requests from its customers;
  • when the client leaves, we export and then delete its data within 30 days.

How these systems treat people

  • Texts are sent in the contractor's name, from the contractor's own registered text line.
  • Texting follows the rules on our SMS terms page: consent on every form, STOP honored automatically, and follow-ups only in daytime hours.
  • No outbound AI calls are made. Call recording and transcription are off by default. If a client turns them on, callers hear a notice first.
  • Flono never asks clients for their passwords. Client staff get their own named logins.

If you are a customer of one of our clients

Please contact that business first. It controls your information and must answer your request. If you cannot reach it, email hey@flonodigital.com with the business name and the phone number or email it contacted you from. We will pass your request to the business and help it respond.

9. Mobile numbers and texting

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This applies to Flono and to every system we build. Each client's own privacy policy carries the same promise.

Flono itself does not send marketing texts. Our SMS terms explain how texting works in the systems we build.

10. Security

We use multi-factor authentication on the accounts that hold personal information, give each person their own login, and remove access when it is no longer needed. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

11. Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's information.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you before it applies.

13. Contact us

Email hey@flonodigital.com with any privacy question or request.
