1. Who we are

This site is run by Flono Digital Marketing Services ("Flono", "we", "us"). Flono is run by its founder from the Philippines and builds lead systems for US home-service contractors. You can reach us at hey@flonodigital.com.

2. Prices and offers on this site

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking or by filling in a form. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign an MSA and SOW.
• Prices and offers may change before you sign. The price in your signed SOW is the one that applies to you.
• The guarantee shown on this site is summarized. Its full wording, what it measures and what it excludes are in the SOW.

3. The free Lead Check

The Lead Check is free, and asking for one does not commit you to anything. When you ask for one, you confirm that you own the business or are allowed to act for it.

• We review your public website and business listings.
• With your OK, we send one clearly labeled test enquiry through your website form. We never use a paid lead channel, such as Google Local Services, Angi, Thumbtack or Meta lead ads.
• We do not record phone calls.
• We send you the result as a short video. It is a signal, not a verdict: one enquiry on one day cannot show everything about how your business answers leads.
• If your business already replies fast and follows up, the Lead Check will say so.

4. The roofing demo

The roofing demo at flonodigital.com/demo/ shows a fictional sample business. Its name, people, leads, jobs and numbers are made up to show how the system works. They are not results from a real client, and they are not a prediction of your results.

5. Information on this site

• Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. For texting and consent rules, ask your own lawyer.
• Every statistic we publish names its source and year, with a link. We do not control those sources.
• We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is free of errors.

6. Using this site

Please do not:

• submit spam or automated form entries;
• submit another person's details without their permission;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
• copy the site in bulk with scrapers or bots;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access from anyone who does.

7. Our content and brand

The Flono name, logo, text, designs and videos on this site belong to Flono. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else, and do not use our logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

8. Other websites

This site links to other websites and services, such as Cal.com for booking and the sources behind our statistics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. No warranty and limits on liability

This site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, Flono is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, including lost leads, jobs or profits. Our total liability for your use of this site is limited to US $100. This section does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to client services, which are covered by your signed agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute about them will be settled by online arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the law requires otherwise. Before starting a claim, please email us so we can try to fix the problem first.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
